Therapy that goes where you need it to go.

My practice is rooted in talk therapy — psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and relational. Art therapy is available as an optional offering for those drawn to a more expressive path.

The foundation of my practice.

Psychodynamic Talk Therapy

My primary work is talk therapy — a trauma-informed, relational, and psychodynamic process focused on deeper patterns and sustainable, meaningful change. Sessions are not about quick fixes or symptom management. They are about understanding what drives the patterns in your life, where they came from, and what becomes possible when you relate to yourself differently.

I blend psychodynamic therapy with body-based techniques, IFS, and CBT — adapting my approach to each person. I bring a compassionate, curious presence while also being direct and challenging when it supports your growth. I work best with clients who are ready to go beyond time-limited, skills-focused approaches.

Who it's for

For clients across the lifespan navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, relational and attachment difficulties, existential dilemmas, grief, identity questions, or a general sense that something important is missing. I specialize in adults ages 20–40.

What to expect

Sessions are generally between 45–50 minutes, held weekly or bi-weekly. I offer both in-person (Brooklyn, NY) and telehealth options.

An optional offering — never expected.

Art Therapy

Art therapy is available for clients who feel drawn to a more expressive, non-verbal path. Using visual art and imagery as therapeutic tools, it can open doors that words sometimes can't — accessing what lives beneath the surface of conscious awareness. It is completely optional and never required.

No artistic skill or experience is needed. The focus is never on the product — it is on what emerges in the process. I hold this work with care and curiosity, and it can be woven into talk therapy sessions or explored more fully depending on what feels right for you.

Who it's for

For clients who feel called to a more embodied approach — including creatives, children and teens who communicate naturally through image and play, and anyone who feels stuck in purely verbal work.

What to expect

Art therapy can be integrated into regular sessions or explored as its own focus. Materials are provided. You do not need to know what you want to make — the process will guide you.

Who I work with
